Project management
We offer following six phases of IT project management:
- Initiation – definition of IT Project objectives, modeling of a project proposal, a business plan and a feasibility study.
- Definition – creation of a project plan, outlining the project scope, setting budgets and determine resources.
- Design – selection of design and development of specifications.
- Development – providing the final plan, using the selected project management tools, describing the technical details, requesting raw materials, etc.
- Implementation – the final result of the IT project, including verification and control of work, resources, cost, quality and risks.
- Follow-up – support services and training of the final customer.
